Inscriptions: printed label reading (Op. 150) Přemysl Otakar Špidlen / Faciebat Pragae Anno 19(66) [round stamp with the initials ]; stamp burned on the inside of the back reading ŠPIDLEN

Measurements: body length 356 mm, upper bout 168 mm, middle bout 110 mm, lower bout 209 mm, total length 600 mm
