Inscriptions: corrector’s printed label with an imitation screw head in every corner and the obverse and reverse of a medal from the 1895 industrial exhibition in Poznań: F. NIEWCZYK / FABRYKA INSTRUMENÓW / POZNAŃ. / (Rep. 23. 7. 1904)
