Inscriptions: printed label with the silhouette of St. Mary’s Basilica in Kraków on the left side and a violin and lyre on the right side, reading: PIOTR KUBAS / (wykonał te skrzypce) / Kraków anno domini 19 (67) / Nr (40); on the left side under the endpin, KIL is burned

Measurements: body length 357 mm, upper bout 168 mm, waist 110 mm, lower bout 210 mm

Materials: spruce, sycamore
